Nutrition Client Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee client projects, timelines, and deadlines associated with online nutrition tools tailored for restaurant clients.

• Execute recipe nutrition analysis while ensuring the precision and quality of restaurant menu and nutrition information.

• Act as a nutrition subject matter expert for both clients and internal teams.

• Collaborate directly with clients to comprehend their objectives, align deliverables, provide progress updates, and address any questions or concerns.

• Uphold high standards of accuracy concerning nutrition, ingredient, allergen, and menu data.

• Stay updated on nutrition, ingredient, allergen, and menu-labeling regulatory standards.

• Enhance and maintain client training materials, documentation, processes, and templates.

• Analyze nutrition data and large datasets to uncover issues, discrepancies, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Collaborate across internal teams to uphold high data-quality standards and deliver impactful client solutions.

• Monitor project activities and maintain necessary information for billing and operational reporting.

• Assist in Nutrition & Wellness data-quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

• Identify solutions and support clients in achieving their nutrition and menu-analysis objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with nutrition data.

• Registered Dietitian with current CDR credentials and applicable state licensure.

• In-depth knowledge of recipe nutrition analysis, menu creation, nutrition labeling, ingredient data, and allergen information.

• Familiarity with nutrition and menu regulations applicable in the United States, along with the ability to research and interpret new regulatory inquiries.

• Experience in managing client-facing projects, timelines, deliverables, and multiple priorities.

• Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities across written, phone, and virtual interactions.

• Strong attention to detail with proven experience working with large datasets.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with nutrition/product data.

• Capability to identify data discrepancies and maintain a high level of accuracy.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on achieving results.

• Passion for assisting clients in providing consumers with accurate, relevant, and timely nutrition information.

• Experience or interest in technology within the Nutrition & Wellness sector is preferred.
