Commercial Lines Client Service Manager, Entertainment Division

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Prepare endorsement requests for submission to insurance carriers.

• Follow up to ensure endorsements for existing policies are received.

• Process endorsements, including invoicing and delivery to clients.

• Conduct audits, verifying rates, exposures, and previous premiums.

• Manage and resolve cancellations and billing inquiries.

• Communicate with staff and clients to collect necessary information for policy modifications.

• Adhere to agency procedures.

• Provide technical assistance to Marketing Executives and Producers.

• Build and sustain relationships with both internal and external clients.

• Support producers and clients in maintaining commercial lines insurance coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in property and casualty servicing is preferred.

• Experience in the Entertainment Division is preferred.

• An active Property and Casualty license is required (the company will assist the candidate in obtaining licensure if necessary).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.

• Applied Epic experience is preferred, or familiarity with a similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable.

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

• Frequent visual use to read documents and view computer screens is necessary.

• Regular auditory and verbal communication on the phone and in person is required.

• Repetitive hand movements, including typing, writing, and using a 10-key, are expected.

• Capable of walking, bending, sitting, reaching, and stretching in various directions.
