Client Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Assist in project delivery by sourcing and recruiting specialists who are well-suited to address consulting clients’ business inquiries.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to create effective expert recruitment strategies tailored to client project needs.

• Leverage recruiting tools, press releases, case studies, and various online platforms to find appropriate experts.

• Engage in proactive outreach during the evenings, communicate consultation opportunities, and invite qualified professionals to join our network.

• Evaluate experts for their fit and compile accurate professional profiles for Project Managers and clients.

• Provide support for time-sensitive consulting projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.

• Proficient written and reading skills in English are mandatory; conversational to fluent verbal skills are highly preferred.

• Must be located in Wuxi and capable of working effectively in a remote setting, both independently and collaboratively.

• Must be available to work a fixed evening schedule from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (17:00-2:00, China Standard Time).

• Possess a strong sense of urgency along with exceptional time management abilities.

• Ability to offer innovative and strategic solutions.

• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, willing to go above and beyond.

• Capable of delivering precise, high-quality recruitment support while meeting time-sensitive project demands.

• A desire to work in a sourcing or lead generation capacity.

• Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and communication skills are essential.

• Outgoing demeanor with the capability to engage with individuals at all professional levels.
