This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the coordination of various nursing professional development programs and projects from their inception to execution and evaluation.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among nursing education teams, operations, technology, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Create and uphold comprehensive project plans, timelines, work plans, and implementation schedules.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely project execution.
• Assist with the launch of programs, change management efforts, and operational readiness.
• Maintain project documentation to ensure it is current, organized, and compliant with organizational standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, milestones, and indicators of project health.
• Evaluate project outcomes against set goals and suggest areas for improvement.
• Act as a liaison among project teams, clinical stakeholders, and operational partners.
• Facilitate executive presentations, governance meetings, and leadership reporting.
• Identify areas to enhance efficiency, workflow, and project execution.
• Ensure that projects are in alignment with organizational priorities, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to advance nursing professional development operations.
• Current Registered PH Nurse (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
• Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree (4 years).
• Specialty/Major: Nursing, Project Management, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, nursing education, professional development, or program management.
• Expertise in project coordination.
• Proficiency in program management.
• Support for strategic planning.
• Skills in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in KPI and dashboard development.
• Ability in risk identification and mitigation.
• Knowledge of process improvement.
• Change management experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills (preferred).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
• Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team (preferred).
• Strong critical thinking abilities (preferred).
• Effective time management skills (preferred).
• Attention to detail (preferred).
