Nurse Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +28 more states.

📋 Description

• Utilize subject-matter expertise to assess information, interpret and synthesize data, and provide recommendations that align with team and program goals.

• Deliver service and support to both internal and external clients.

• Accurately prepare necessary reports, documentation, and program materials within set deadlines.

• Investigate and address technical, procedural, and subject-matter challenges.

• Act as a knowledgeable resource for designated projects and assist with escalated or intricate issues.

• Collaborate with team members and departments to pinpoint issues, coordinate service delivery, and fulfill client requirements.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing processes, workflows, and team productivity.

• Aid in the development, documentation, and implementation of departmental procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and departmental initiatives.

• Support management with escalations and serve as the initial escalation point for junior team members.

• Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

• Engage in meetings and participate in collaborative problem-solving efforts.

• Safeguard confidential and sensitive information while adhering to relevant procedures and security protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

• Nursing degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a specialized area pertinent to the role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capability to interpret information and suggest suitable actions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong client-service skills for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Sound judgment with an ability to identify and escalate issues as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Must successfully complete the MRR assessment to be eligible for an interview.
