Nurse Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for statewide initiatives focused on quality enhancement and workforce development.

• Create and execute educational programs centered on maternal and infant health tailored for nurses, community health workers, physicians, and EMTs.

• Conduct research on relevant topics and source materials.

• Design instructional resources and assessments.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the educational content is grounded in high-quality clinical evidence.

• Obtain necessary approvals from credentialing organizations.

• Establish external collaborations for the delivery of training.

• Oversee work plans and reporting processes.

• Work with an interdisciplinary team to set curriculum objectives and goals.

• Integrate clinical practice recommendations, evidence-based guidelines, and interventions.

• Employ pedagogical best practices, active learning strategies, and supportive assessments.

• Create syllabi, presentations, checklists, guides, and flipbooks.

• Manage the review and approval process for educational materials.

• Form partnerships to attract learners and facilitate training sessions.

• Develop and implement systems for data collection to monitor quality and reporting.

• Act as an expert trainer.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in nursing along with four (4) years of experience in project leadership or management is required.

• A current and active RN license is mandatory.

• Knowledge of continuing education accreditation processes (CME, CNE, EMS CE) is essential.

• Proficiency in graphic design is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail is crucial.

• Candidates must provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States on their first day of employment.
