Nurse Practitioner – Weekends and Evenings

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth sessions during evenings and weekends.

• Perform psychiatric assessments and evaluations consistently in a telemedicine setting.

• Prescribe medications as necessary to alleviate mental health symptoms.

• Develop and collaborate with clients on personalized care plans.

• Complete and/or administer relevant paperwork and assessment tools.

• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines diligently.

• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services.

• Provide care to a diverse clientele with various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more.

• Primarily treat adults and adolescents across different age demographics.

• Accept and provide treatment for ADHD clients through the ADHD Clinic.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification.

• A Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of psychiatry practice is mandatory; three years of experience is advantageous.

• Must hold a license and reside in the state where practice will occur.

• Part-time availability requires 15–20 hours per week.

• Completion of in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approaches is required, followed by a brief examination.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus.

• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and older is necessary.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hiring.
