This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assess, provide counseling, treat, and manage patients via telehealth for issues related to gynecologic and reproductive health.
• Offer guidance and management for contraceptive options.
• Evaluate and monitor issues pertaining to menopause, perimenopause, PCOS, fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, endometriosis, fertility, pregnancy options, sexual health, STIs, and various pain concerns (genital, vaginal, vulvar, urinary, menstrual, and pelvic).
• Conduct follow-up care in gynecology and perform appropriate cervical cancer screening follow-up along with results counseling.
• Identify and address associated medical, behavioral health, and preventive care needs within your scope of practice.
• Collaborate with primary care, mental health, in-person clinical, and specialty teams.
• Ascertain when in-person examinations, laboratory testing, imaging, specimen collection, procedures, or referrals are necessary.
• Provide inclusive, trauma-informed, evidence-based, and patient-centered care.
• Work in partnership with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, mental health clinicians, care coordinators, and clinic teams.
• Aid in the development of virtual care pathways, clinical protocols, decision-support tools, and practice standards.
• Leverage technology and data for clinical decision-making, documentation, quality improvement, and streamlined virtual workflows.
• Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, such as ANCC, AANP, NCC, or NCCPA.
• Valid California license and DEA registration are mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of independent outpatient clinical experience post-training completion.
• Proven experience in independently evaluating and managing a wide array of gynecologic, reproductive health, and sexual health issues.
• Core expertise in gynecology, women’s health, reproductive health, or sexual health; or extensive outpatient experience across gynecology and primary care with significant gynecology-related clinical duties.
• Capability to provide high-quality telehealth services and recognize when symptoms or conditions necessitate in-person evaluations, testing, imaging, procedures, or advanced care.
• Dedication to delivering inclusive, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care.
• Data-focused, flexible, and comfortable collaborating with Operations to achieve a balance between clinical quality, access, patient experience, and workflow efficiency.
• Robust foundation in outpatient gynecology and women’s health.
• Must be available to work in the PST timezone.
