This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered virtual gynecology and reproductive health care via telehealth.
• Assess, counsel, treat, and manage issues such as contraception, menopause, PCOS, fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, endometriosis, fertility options, sexual health, STIs, genital issues, vaginal/vulvar/urinary symptoms, pelvic pain, and gynecological follow-up.
• Identify and address associated medical, behavioral health, and preventive care needs within the scope of practice.
• Collaborate with primary care, mental health, in-person clinical, and specialty teams.
• Evaluate when issues necessitate in-person examinations, laboratory testing, imaging, specimen collection, procedures, or referrals.
• Provide inclusive, trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
• Work in partnership with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, mental health clinicians, care coordinators, and clinic teams.
• Create virtual care pathways, clinical protocols, decision-support tools, and practice standards.
• Leverage technology and data for clinical decision-making, documentation, quality improvement, and efficient workflows.
• Participate in training on Tia’s care pathways, menopause care, sexual wellness, weight management, dermatology, documentation, technology, and care coordination workflows as applicable.
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current national board certification, such as ANCC, AANP, NCC, or NCCPA.
• An active California license and DEA registration are mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of independent outpatient clinical experience post-training completion.
• Proven experience in independently evaluating and managing a wide array of gynecologic, reproductive health, and sexual health issues.
• Core competency in gynecology, women’s health, reproductive health, or sexual health; or extensive outpatient experience across gynecology and primary care with significant gynecology-focused clinical responsibilities.
• Capability to provide high-quality telehealth services and discern when in-person examination, testing, imaging, procedures, or advanced care is necessary.
• Dedication to inclusive, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care.
• Data-driven, flexible, and comfortable collaborating with Operations.
• Strong foundational knowledge in outpatient gynecology and women’s health.
• Must be able to work in the PST timezone.
