Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes

• Interact individually with health plan members and address their health inquiries

• Assess medications and review medical history

• Execute physical evaluations

• Perform additional diagnostic tests as requested by the member’s health plan, such as diabetic eye exams and spirometry

• Foster trustworthy relationships and contribute to enhancing health outcomes

• Travel nationwide to connect individuals with suitable care

• Deliver Signify Health services, encompassing Diagnostic & Preventive Services like spirometry, diabetic eye exams, and bone density screenings

• Facilitate virtual visits as required

• Travel locally and within licensed states as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant qualification

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in the Spokane, WA coverage area

• Board certification is mandatory

• Multi-state licenses are preferred

• Willingness to travel locally and within the licensed states as needed

• Capability to work safely and comfortably in private homes that may include pets, secondhand smoke, and airborne allergens or irritants

• Proficient in using an iPad and navigating intuitive clinical workflows

• Ability to conduct virtual visits when necessary
