Nurse Practitioner – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth sessions during evenings and weekends within South Carolina.

• Perform psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients in an ongoing telemedicine format.

• Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms when necessary.

• Develop and collaborate with clients on personalized care plans.

• Complete and/or administer essential paperwork and assessment tools for clients.

• Comply with Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.

• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services across various locations.

• Provide care to a diverse clientele with conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more.

• Accept and treat ADHD clients through the dedicated ADHD Clinic.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner credential - Board Certification is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience is advantageous.

• At least one year of practice in psychiatry is necessary.

• Must be licensed and residing in South Carolina.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus.

• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 years and older.

• Part-time availability of 20 hours per week in the evenings or on weekends is required.

• Completion of in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approaches, followed by a brief examination, is necessary.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of hire.

• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
