Nurse Practitioner – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth sessions during evenings and weekends in Michigan.

• Perform psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients in a continuous telemedicine setting.

• Provide treatment for clients aged 14 and above.

• Prescribe medications as necessary to alleviate mental health symptoms.

• Develop and collaborate with clients on individualized care plans.

• Complete and/or administer relevant paperwork and assessment tools for clients.

• Comply with Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.

• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services across various locations.

• Offer care to a diverse clientele dealing with conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more.

• Accept and treat clients diagnosed with ADHD through the ADHD Clinic.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification.

• A Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state is required.

• At least three years of experience is advantageous.

• A minimum of 1 year of practice in psychiatry is necessary.

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners must reside in the state where they will be practicing.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus.

• Part-time roles require 20 hours of availability per week during evenings or weekends.

• Must be willing to treat clients aged 14 years and older.

• All clinicians are required to undergo in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approaches, followed by a brief examination.

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hiring.

• This position does not qualify for employment visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
