Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote healthcare services to employees and their families, which includes performing virtual consultations, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and prescribing necessary medications.

• Collaborate with the Human Resources team to create and execute health and wellness initiatives for employees.

• Keep precise and current medical records for all employees.

• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.

• Provide education to employees on health and wellness subjects, and encourage healthy lifestyle choices.

• Partner with external healthcare providers to coordinate care for employees when necessary.

• Engage in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills in the delivery of remote healthcare.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, ideally in a remote healthcare environment.

• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in using technology for virtual consultations and maintaining electronic medical records.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
