This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct virtual consultations and clinical assessments for patients, along with follow-up visits.
• Review patients' medical histories, symptoms, medications, lab results, and other clinical data.
• Develop and support personalized treatment and care plans within the appropriate scope of practice.
• Educate patients about medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
• Coordinate patient care, including referrals and follow-ups with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Accurately document patient encounters in the client's EHR/EMR system.
• Monitor patient conditions and appropriately escalate urgent or complex clinical issues.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, care managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, patient privacy, clinical documentation, and client-specific clinical requirements.
• Engage in chart reviews, quality assurance, and clinical improvement activities as necessary.
• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License from New York State — REQUIRED.
• Active U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) License — REQUIRED.
• Valid national Nurse Practitioner certification relevant to the specialty (e.g., FNP, AGNP, PMHNP).
• Active RN license from the Philippines.
• Preferred 2–3+ years of professional experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Strong preference for experience with U.S. patients or healthcare organizations based in the U.S.
• Telehealth or remote clinical experience is a plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. healthcare practices, workflows, and clinical documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in using EHR/EMR and telehealth platforms.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking abilities, and capability to work independently.
• Willingness to work on a U.S. Eastern Time schedule, including Philippine night shifts when necessary.
