This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports, including case managers, health coaches, and other clinical team members.

• Oversee daily team operations and offer guidance, feedback, conflict resolution, and support for escalated matters.

• Assess and evaluate performance in relation to KPIs, quality benchmarks, financial goals, and URAC and NCQA accreditation standards.

• Conduct performance reviews and assist in compensation decisions through evaluations.

• Foster career growth through coaching, mentoring, ongoing education, and succession planning.

• Enhance service delivery, outcomes, and team efficiency by utilizing available tools and resources.

• Collaborate with matrix partners to create work plans, eliminate obstacles, and execute corrective measures.

• Align team objectives with strategic, corporate, customer, product, and business initiatives.

• Lead or engage in projects, work groups, national teams, and committees; report progress, risks, and challenges to leadership.

• Act as a liaison and escalation point between frontline staff, clients, and internal matrix partners.

• Address service delivery issues and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.

• Assist with customer meetings, presentations, visits, and audits.

• Cultivate relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Maintain clinical expertise and provide coaching based on clinical knowledge.

• Collaborate with quality teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary actions.

• Support corporate and national quality and certification initiatives, including URAC and NCQA.

• Communicate changes in customer requirements, protocols, and processes to staff.

• Recruit and onboard qualified case managers, health coaches, and other team members.

• Exhibit inclusive leadership and cultural sensitivity across diverse teams and customer populations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a U.S. state or territory.

• Proven track record in a supervisory role.

• Intermediate technical proficiency and sound judgment.

• Understanding of case management and health coaching programs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven leadership skills and strategic thinking.

• Familiarity with quality management principles, standards, and continuous improvement processes.

• Ability to collaborate across teams and cultivate effective stakeholder relationships.

• One to two years of leadership or management experience in clinical operations, care management, or healthcare services.

• Experience collaborating with sales teams and external consultants.

• Experience in supporting or participating in clinical audits, customer presentations, or client visits.

• Background in staff training, onboarding, professional development, or succession planning.

• Knowledge of benefit plan design, insurance operations, claims processing, or healthcare benefits.

• Strong analytical, organizational, research, negotiation, and time-management capabilities.

• Experience leading or contributing to process improvement initiatives.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with staff, clients, and providers.

• Home internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload.
