This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the complete delivery process for both new and existing customer accounts, from project scoping to live deployment.
• Actively reach out to service users to obtain informed consent, address any concerns, and schedule installations.
• Handle sensitive discussions regarding capacity, guardianship, and digital inclusion.
• Coordinate installers to ensure that each visit is suitable for the service user.
• Recover and uphold SLA compliance across all contracted accounts.
• Establish trusted relationships with frontline staff, team leads, social workers, occupational therapists, and local authority managers.
• Navigate the cultural and organizational dynamics within health and social care, including overcoming resistance to technology adoption.
• Oversee the ongoing account health of key contracts, including partnerships with London local authorities.
• Conduct customer check-ins to identify blockers, gather feedback, and explore expansion opportunities.
• Represent the organization at CPD sessions, webinars, and sector events.
• Assist sales, marketing, and product teams in utilizing appropriate sector terminology and content.
• Collaborate with the CRO to scope new projects and provide delivery intelligence for commercial proposals.
• Contribute to the strategic design of the managed service model, encompassing ARC partnerships, installer recruitment, and team structure.
• Report referral volumes, consent rates, installation timelines, and SLA performance to the CEO and CRO.
• Provide customer insights to inform product development.
• Significant experience in health and social care as a practitioner, technologist, or project lead (not just an adjacent role).
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with frontline care staff, social workers, and local authority professionals.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects that involve sensitive human factors.
• Strong knowledge of consent processes, including considerations around capacity and guardianship.
• Comfortable engaging in both strategic discussions and hands-on delivery, as this role demands both skills.
• Resilient and adaptable, able to adjust when plans change unexpectedly.
• Specific experience with technology-enabled care (TEC), assistive technology, or remote monitoring is highly desirable.
• Background in or strong familiarity with domiciliary care or local authority commissioning is highly desirable.
• Experience presenting to professional audiences or delivering CPD/training sessions is highly desirable.
• Understanding of the challenges related to digital inclusion for older adults and individuals living with dementia is highly desirable.
