Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.

📋 Description

• Accountable for providing care to a designated group of residents within a nursing unit.

• Evaluating the needs of residents.

• Creating personalized care plans.

• Administering nursing services.

• Overseeing the activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff involved in nursing care delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Wyoming.

• Ability to demonstrate clinical assessment skills at a level necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

• Capacity to make independent decisions when the situation calls for it.

• Familiarity with nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary care team.

• Basic proficiency in computer technology, including the use of email.

• Established written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven decision-making and analytical abilities.

• Ability to interact positively, favorably, and cooperatively with others, including colleagues, residents, family members, and representatives from external agencies and organizations.

• A positive outlook and a genuine desire to work with the elderly population.
