This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team within the Americas Nuclear Services Sales division.
• Take responsibility for orders, margins, and growth within the installed base of nuclear facilities in North America.
• Guide Sales Managers in recognizing and shaping customer requirements.
• Address business challenges using a consultative methodology.
• Formulate strategic sales and business plans.
• Achieve commitments related to revenue, margin, and market penetration.
• Build influential relationships with assigned clients and devise strategies for securing profitable business.
• Oversee customer satisfaction assessments, action plans, and their implementation.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with the Nuclear Market Strategy and Daily Management objectives.
• Maintain accuracy in orders, commitments, and convertible orders forecasts at the sub-regional level.
• Act as the voice of the customer and foster a customer-centric culture.
• Offer demand forecasting and pacing assistance to Sales Operations and Finance.
• Keep track of market trends, customer strategies, profiles, requirements, outage schedules, and competitor actions.
• Support and lead the development of deal strategies and reviews in collaboration with Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Service Directors, and other functional areas.
• Monitor and cultivate the opportunity pipeline for regional prospects.
• Lead or engage in Lean initiatives that support Sales and Commercial teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of experience in the power generation sector.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with products and services related to steam turbine and generator technology, nuclear reactor operations, maintenance, and nuclear refueling processes.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, project management, or customer service within the power generation industry.
• Proven experience in managing employees directly.
• Extensive knowledge of the energy industry.
• Direct experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Capability to effectively handle multiple competing priorities.
• Demonstrated inclusive leadership within a matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to think clearly and communicate effectively at all levels.
