This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a team within the Americas Nuclear Services Sales division.
• Manage orders, margins, and growth across the existing nuclear plants in North America.
• Guide Sales Managers in recognizing and establishing customer needs.
• Address business challenges using a consultative approach.
• Formulate strategic sales and business plans.
• Achieve revenue, margin, and market penetration targets.
• Build influential relationships with assigned customers at various levels.
• Devise strategies to secure profitable business opportunities.
• Manage customer satisfaction assessments, action plans, and follow-ups.
• Offer leadership, coaching, and development for the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with the Nuclear Market Strategy and Daily Management goals.
• Maintain accuracy of orders, commitments, and convertible orders forecasts at the sub-regional level.
• Act as the customer's advocate and promote a customer-focused mindset.
• Provide demand forecasting and pacing assistance to Sales Operations and Finance.
• Keep track of market trends, customer strategies, profiles, requirements, outage schedules, and competitor actions.
• Share market insights internally and leverage market knowledge to drive sales opportunities.
• Support and guide deal strategy formulation and reviews with Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Service Directors, and other functional teams.
• Monitor and cultivate the opportunity pipeline for regional prospects.
• Lead or engage in Lean initiatives that support Sales and Commercial teams.

• Cover services and upgrades for steam turbines, generators, reactor components, refueling outages, and nuclear fuels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 10 years of experience in the power generation sector.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with products and services related to steam turbine and generator technology, nuclear reactor operations, maintenance, and nuclear refueling processes.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, project management, or customer service within the power generation industry.
• Experience in directly managing personnel.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
• A postgraduate degree in business and/or engineering is preferred.
• Strong experience in the energy industry.
• Direct experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong commercial insight.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
