This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge, skills, and expertise in products, clinical practices, and software related to the Nuclear Medicine modality.

• Integrate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product data to assist clinicians in maximizing the performance of GE Healthcare equipment.

• Conduct pre-sale clinical evaluations and educational presentations for prospective customers.

• Design and implement clinical training for end-users in accordance with sales order agreements.

• Collaborate with sales, project management, and service organization teams to coordinate customer training.

• Provide on-site or remote clinical education to facilitate revenue generation.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation from pre-training to post-training stages.

• Offer post-installation training and support throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Foster customer relationships through proactive communication.

• Relay product and customer issues or suggestions for improvement to management, Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Loyalty Leads, and Technical Support.

• Collaborate with related teams to develop, manage, coordinate, and deliver training to both internal and external partners and customers.

• Offer informal mentorship to new team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in imaging, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in the Nuclear Medicine modality.

• Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the designated territory of Illinois.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and nationally as required by business needs.

• Certification in Nuclear Medicine modality from ARRT or an equivalent body.

• Comfortable working in a clinical or patient-focused environment.

• Required to travel frequently, approximately 90+% of the time (4–5 days a week, including overnight stays and some weekends) within the US and Canada using various modes of transportation such as car, air, and train.

• Proficient in using Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer and web-based applications.

• Capability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions.

• Must register with one or more vendor credentialing services utilized by customer hospitals, which includes providing proof of MMR and hepatitis immunizations and completing drug testing/screening.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the job family/function.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not an option.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, as necessary.

• Preferably, 10+ years of clinical experience.

• Preferably, 5+ years of experience with GE Nuclear Medicine modality.

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Ability to multitask and make independent decisions in a dynamic environment.

• High tolerance for stress.

• Ability to support strategic initiatives and innovation.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
