This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop original multiple-choice questions focused on Norwegian law.
• Create realistic legal scenarios that assess applied knowledge and legal reasoning.
• Design questions suitable for advanced AI evaluation and assessment.
• Apply Norwegian legal principles to intricate factual scenarios.
• Differentiate legally accurate conclusions from plausible incorrect alternatives.
• Generate ten answer options for each question, featuring one clearly correct answer alongside credible alternatives.
• Provide comprehensive worked solutions that clarify the correct answer.
• Review completed questions for legal, linguistic, and structural accuracy.
• Uphold consistent standards throughout the assessment content.
• Adhere to project-specific formatting and evaluation guidelines.
• Law degree or equivalent qualification in Norwegian law.
• Ideally possess 2+ years of professional legal experience.
• Strong understanding of Norwegian law and legal reasoning.
• Native-level proficiency in Norwegian.
• Educated in Norway or currently residing in Norway.
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
• Capability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in legal research, professional education, assessment design, or legal content development is a plus.
• Work must be carried out without utilizing any confidential or proprietary information from employers, clients, institutions, or other third parties.
• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position.
