Junior Attorney – General Banking Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage both contentious and advisory issues related to active and passive banking law litigation portfolios, safeguarding the interests of a financial institution.

• Create legal opinions.

• Address legal inquiries.

• Draft and submit pleadings.

• Oversee court proceedings.

• Participate in meetings with judges’ chambers and at courts.

• Represent the firm at hearings.

• Compile reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-time, exclusive dedication.

• Active and consistent registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an attorney representing banks or creditors during judicial reorganization processes.

• Proven expertise in Corporate Law and/or Judicial Reorganization.

• Proactive approach.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Persistence.

• Familiarity with cloud-based work platforms and tools.
