This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assess nonprofit program proposals, reports, and related deliverables for accuracy and practical viability.

• Evaluate the alignment of program goals, activities, resources, funding priorities, stakeholder requirements, and desired outcomes.

• Identify unsupported assumptions, implementation challenges, execution risks, weaknesses, and unrealistic recommendations.

• Review philanthropic initiatives, funding strategies, grant-supported programs, and community engagement materials.

• Analyze program strategies, implementation plans, timelines, roles, milestones, resources, dependencies, and operational consistency.

• Examine program outcomes, performance metrics, impact evaluations, assumptions, and supporting analyses.

• Evaluate stakeholder and partner engagement tactics involving community collaborators, donors, program participants, foundations, and other stakeholders.

• Inspect nonprofit reports, program documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for accuracy, completeness, logical coherence, clarity, and professional quality.

• Assess charts, tables, visuals, findings, and recommendations for precision and evidentiary backing.

• Deliver clear, organized written feedback on strengths, weaknesses, and domain-specific quality metrics.

• Consistently apply evaluation standards across nonprofit and philanthropic deliverables.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, community programs, community outreach, foundations, or a closely related field.

• Previous experience as a Nonprofit Program Manager, Philanthropy Manager, Community Outreach Manager, Grants Manager, Foundation Program Officer, or a similar role.

• Strong practical knowledge of nonprofit, philanthropic, and community program settings.

• Experience in developing or reviewing program plans, funding documents, community initiatives, impact reports, or similar professional outputs.

• Ability to evaluate program recommendations for practical feasibility, organizational relevance, and expected effectiveness.

• Comprehensive understanding of stakeholder engagement, program implementation, and outcome measurement.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides.

• Strong spreadsheet and analytical capabilities.

• Native or professional fluency in English.

• Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to provide precise, organized feedback.

• H1-B and STEM OPT support is not available for this position.
