Nonprofit Donation/Pledge Drive Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Professionally handle incoming donor calls

• Adhere to approved scripts with minimal deviation

• Precisely document donation and pledge details

• Verify names, contact information, and transaction data

• Navigate required computer systems with confidence

• Safeguard donor privacy and confidential information

• Arrive punctually for every accepted servicing interval

• Achieve campaign performance targets

• Complete necessary certification prior to servicing

• Manage and adhere to selected servicing schedules as an independent contractor

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum six months of remote customer service experience or one year of on-site customer service experience

• Excellent verbal communication abilities

• Professional phone etiquette

• Proficient typing and data entry skills

• Capability to listen, speak, and navigate systems simultaneously

• Dependable with a strong sense of personal accountability

• Ability to work autonomously

• Quiet and dedicated workspace

• Windows 11 desktop or laptop required

• Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended

• Noise-canceling USB headset necessary

• Reliable wired high-speed internet connection

• Direct Ethernet connection mandatory

• MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, Wi-Fi-only internet connections, and shared or noisy workspaces are not allowed

• Certification must be obtained before servicing

• State, experience, equipment, screening, and program restrictions may apply
