Nonprofit Donation Processor / Pledge Drive Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from donors

• Adhere to campaign scripts and established procedures

• Accurately input pledge and donation details

• Verify donor information and transaction specifics

• Operate computer systems while interacting with callers

• Uphold professionalism and maintain confidentiality

• Comply with quality and regulatory standards

• Achieve attendance and performance benchmarks

• Assist with established nonprofit fundraising initiatives

• Process donations or pledges from voluntary callers

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum of 6 months experience in remote customer service or 1 year in onsite customer service

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities

• Proficient in data entry and basic computer operations

• Capability to navigate various systems while conversing

• Professional demeanor and reliable work habits

• Quiet and dedicated workspace at home

• Certification must be obtained prior to servicing

• Windows 11 computer required

• At least 8GB RAM; 16GB is preferred

• USB noise-canceling headset necessary

• High-speed wired internet with direct Ethernet connection

• Quiet and distraction-free environment is essential

• MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not allowed
