Non-Voice Support, French, English – Fixed Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Deliver email and chat assistance (no phone calls) to users of the platform

• Respond to frequently asked questions and common “how-to” inquiries

• Provide support for account management and payment-related concerns

• Navigate users through troubleshooting processes with patience and clarity

• Assist users of Spotify, the premier music streaming service worldwide

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French (C1 level) and English (C1 level)

• A valid EU work permit is mandatory to work in Bulgaria

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous, but not essential

• Outstanding communication abilities

• A positive, solutions-oriented mindset
