This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate new business opportunities with Correspondent lenders and Wholesale brokers.
• Enhance and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Provide education to clients regarding Arc Home’s Non-QM solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure successful execution of loan transactions.
• Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Advise clients on Arc Home’s various products and underwriting guidelines, including Non-QM, Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, and VA options.
• Serve as a company ambassador and advocate for clients.
• Discuss client issues in collaboration with management.
• Facilitate client applications for submission to Arc Home for approval.
• Take part in the assessment and approval of client accounts.
• Respond promptly to client emails, texts, phone calls, and inquiries.
• Evaluate and manage client training requirements.
• Conduct weekly visits to accounts and prospects while effectively managing the work schedule.
• Perform ongoing training and presentations.
• Maintain daily communication with clients to solicit business and support pipeline progress.
• Travel as necessary for client visits, meetings, and industry events.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A college degree is preferred.
• At least two years of recent experience in Non-QM mortgage sales.
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong understanding of wholesale and correspondent loan origination, underwriting processes, and mortgage industry standards.
• Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with personnel at all levels within the company and clients.
• Ability to efficiently produce accurate work and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
• Analytical skills with a proficiency for numbers and calculations.
• Capability to conduct virtual meetings and training sessions.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to deliver high-quality products consistently.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a clean driving record.
