Non-Financial Reporting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within an international and cross-functional team, offering expertise on international CSRD and the EU Taxonomy.

• Provide countries with guidance and practical assistance.

• Assist in the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the IT system for non-financial reporting.

• Aid in the preparation of benchmarking and manuals for non-financial reporting.

• Lead key initiatives in data quality management, including country-specific and plausibility assessments.

• Contribute to the preparation of consolidated Non-Financial Reports.

• Participate in the design and formulation of non-financial reporting documents.

• Engage in the international implementation of non-financial reporting across various technical and specialist domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a business-oriented or sustainability reporting qualification, or have completed a commercial apprenticeship.

• You have relevant professional experience in project management with an emphasis on finance.

• You are knowledgeable about CSRD and the EU Taxonomy.

• Familiarity with reporting practices is a plus.

• You are proficient in computer use, particularly MS Office.

• You have fluent German language skills and very good proficiency in English.

• You thrive in international team settings.

• You are known for your analytical and solution-focused work approach, along with strong teamwork abilities.
