Nominee Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the designated UK Nominee Director

• Execute necessary company and bank account documentation remotely

• Provide assistance with occasional corporate compliance needs

• Carry out an initial setup that takes around 1–2 hours

• Manage sporadic tasks throughout the year

• Maintain a predominantly passive role once the company bank account is established

• Must be a permanent resident of the UK

• Comfortable with occasional administrative responsibilities and remote communication

• Must currently reside in the UK

• Must be able to provide a postal code and the city or town of residence

• Must possess a valid, up-to-date UK passport or driver’s license

• Must be able to provide proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement

• Must have an active UK mobile phone number

• Must have access to a personal laptop or desktop computer
