Night FIT Reservation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for B2B partners, managing requests for hotels, alternative lodging, transportation, and customized excursions globally for both FIT and group bookings.

• Create customized, competitive commercial proposals tailored to client requirements and specifications.

• Conduct research, curate, and reserve accommodation options along with additional travel services across international markets.

• Negotiate rates, cancellation policies, booking conditions, and payment terms with direct hotel contacts and global suppliers.

• Deliver comprehensive operational support throughout the booking process, including modifications, cancellations, relocations, and special requests.

• Ensure all interactions exemplify RateHawk’s standards: friendly, confident, precise, and detail-oriented.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in tourism, concierge services, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) proficiency in English and Russian.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of partners and suppliers.

• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, resilient, and adept at managing substantial workloads effectively.

• Proactive in addressing complex booking situations and partner inquiries smoothly.
