New Relic Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement, configure, and manage New Relic APM alongside infrastructure monitoring solutions.

• Design and establish comprehensive observability across applications, infrastructure, and distributed systems.

• Set up monitoring dashboards, alerting protocols, and performance metrics to ensure system reliability.

• Integrate AIOps capabilities, anomaly detection, and event correlation to proactively identify potential issues.

• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve application and infrastructure performance challenges.

• Develop predictive alerting strategies to identify potential production incidents before they affect business operations.

• Create automated remediation workflows to minimize manual intervention and enhance incident response.

• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, DevOps, and production support teams in complex banking environments.

• Ensure monitoring solutions comply with banking production requirements, operational standards, and service reliability goals.

• Continuously refine observability configurations and monitoring practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of pertinent experience in IT monitoring, observability, application performance management, or similar technical roles.

• Strong practical experience in implementing New Relic APM and infrastructure monitoring.

• Demonstrated implementation experience in banking or financial services settings.

• Practical knowledge in end-to-end observability and distributed application monitoring.

• Familiarity with AIOps, anomaly detection, event correlation, and root cause analysis.

• Understanding of predictive alerting and automated remediation workflows.

• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting applications in production settings.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and incident management abilities.

• Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
