This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Manage, strategize, and implement intricate, high-impact projects from start to finish.
• Work in partnership with various departments and leadership to ensure projects align with strategic objectives and goals.
• Create project charters, scope documents, resource plans, schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Perform feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk evaluations.
• Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, oversee workloads, and assess performance.
• Utilize project management tools to monitor milestones, tasks, and deliverables.
• Report project status, risks, and critical decisions to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Tackle challenges, escalations, conflicts, and project-related issues.
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions and enhance outcomes.
• Supervise budgets, forecast and monitor expenses, and communicate variances.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Enhance resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Manage change requests while ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and costs.
• Execute post-project reviews to determine lessons learned and best practices.
• Share expertise and mentor junior project managers.
• Advocate for consistent project management standards.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini).
• Practical experience with next-generation AI agent frameworks/tools (e.g., Manus) to automate workflows, orchestrate multi-step tasks, and integrate with both internal and external systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for intricate project challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management.
• Experience overseeing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and substantial budgets (e.g., $1M+).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to the specific industry.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–25% to client sites or other company locations as necessary.
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when project timelines demand.
