This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Lead tailored account experiences for major accounts and healthcare professionals.
β’ Serve as the main contact for customers.
β’ Develop strategic territory plans that align with mutual priorities.
β’ Stimulate product demand while enhancing patient outcomes.
β’ Address and resolve account challenges with customized solutions.
β’ Collaborate with territory colleagues, field teams, and home-office staff.
β’ Evaluate market conditions, competitive environments, and cross-functional dynamics.
β’ Leverage territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and aid pull-through initiatives.
β’ Organize planning sessions with key stakeholders.
β’ Provide real-time access support in partnership with Patient Specialty Services.
β’ Utilize digital tools and omnichannel strategies for both virtual and in-person customer engagement.
β’ Travel across the designated geography and interact with customers either in person or virtually.
β’ Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is necessary.
β’ Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B, or a similarly intricate sales environment within the last 5 years.
β’ Documented history of consistent high performance.
β’ Experience in navigating and selling to large accounts and key customers.
β’ Analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and utilize relevant information.
β’ Ethical leadership with the capacity to encourage compliance with company policies and regulations.
β’ Must reside within the designated territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory boundary.
β’ Willingness to travel 60β80% across a wide geography.
β’ Capability to drive and/or fly within the territory.
β’ A fully valid and unrestricted driver's license is mandatory.
β’ Associate level: must be recently separated from the US Military with 4+ years of military service in a leadership role or have limited prior sales experience.
β’ Territory Account Specialist: 2+ years of experience in a relevant specialty, healthcare, life sciences, insurance, B2B, or similarly complicated sales role within the last 5 years.
β’ Senior Territory Account Specialist: 5+ years of experience in a relevant or similarly intricate sales role within the last 5 years.
β’ Executive Territory Account Specialist: 10+ years of experience in a relevant or similarly complex sales role within the last 5 years.
β’ Customer-facing employees must adhere to relevant customer credentialing guidelines, which may necessitate COVID-19 vaccination.
β’ Required to successfully complete initial training, including home study of up to 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
