This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
β’ Drive sales within the designated territory.
β’ Interact with customers both in person and through virtual channels.
β’ Create and execute business and territory call strategies.
β’ Identify and apply both live and virtual customer engagement methods.
β’ Establish rapport and foster relationships with customers utilizing digital tools.
β’ Utilize internal reports and analytics to discover and implement strategic business opportunities.
β’ Inform providers about the value propositions of unbranded and branded products using approved disease-state information and patient resources.
β’ Collaborate in compliance with organizational standards to address customer inquiries and further Pfizer's objectives.
β’ Fulfill administrative responsibilities punctually and in accordance with compliance requirements.
β’ Bachelor's Degree, or an associate's degree coupled with 6+ years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activities; experience as a small business owner or in other entrepreneurial roles; marketing, customer service, or account management; relevant healthcare/scientific positions; educational roles; or full-time military service.
β’ Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
β’ Valid U.S. driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
β’ Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving violations within the past 7 years will result in disqualification from employment.
β’ Must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
β’ Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
β’ U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
β’ Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing.
β’ Preferred: a strong track record in sales or marketing, territory management, communication, teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
β’ Preferred: experience with relevant disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
β’ Preferred: familiarity with customers and markets within the designated territory.
β’ Preferred: residing within the territory boundaries.
