This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Propel sales within the designated territory.
• Interact with customers both in person and through virtual channels.
• Create and execute business and territory engagement plans.
• Discover and apply strategies for customer engagement, both live and virtual.
• Cultivate relationships and rapport with customers in both physical and digital settings.
• Employ digital tools to sustain customer engagement.
• Utilize internal reports and analytics to pinpoint, develop, and execute strategic business prospects.
• Inform providers about the value propositions of both unbranded and branded products, leveraging product and disease-state insights.
• Use sanctioned clinically focused disease-state information and patient resources.
• Work collaboratively and compliantly across the organization to resolve customer questions and further Pfizer's objectives.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities punctually and in compliance.
• Bachelor’s Degree; alternatively, an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activities, small business ownership or entrepreneurial roles, marketing, customer service and/or account management, relevant healthcare/scientific positions, educator roles, or full-time military service.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory's border.
• Possession of a valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Candidates will be disqualified for any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the last 7 years.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing is preferred.
• A proven history of sales or marketing achievements is preferred.
• Strong skills in territory management are preferred.
• Exceptional communication abilities are preferred.
• Proven teamwork, leadership skills, and accountability are preferred.
• Familiarity with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products is preferred.
• Knowledge of the territory’s customers and markets is preferred.
• Residing within the territory boundaries is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• Sponsorship for a U.S. work visa is not available now or in the future.
