This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee a designated geographic territory and effectively promote and enhance the growth of Neurocrine products.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with physicians and other clients within targeted accounts.
• Act on behalf of Neurocrine brands and their approved indications.
• Provide education to physicians, nurses, medical assistants, case managers, and other external stakeholders regarding product advantages.
• Facilitate product acceptance and expansion through focused education and strategic account management.
• Implement territory sales strategies via both in-person and virtual interactions.
• Recognize and tackle territory-specific opportunities and challenges.
• Manage promotional resources and adhere to budgetary constraints.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical personnel, key opinion leaders, advocacy organizations, community mental health centers, long-term care facilities, payers, and pharmacies.
• Work in collaboration with managed care, Marketing, Patient Access, Medical Science Liaisons, and medical communications teams.
• Adhere to FDA regulations, best practices in the pharmaceutical industry, company values, and compliance protocols.
• Maintain a full field presence from Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend commitments.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial pharma/biotech or similar roles, including at least 3 years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales, is highly desired.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in science or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in closed-door or specialty pharmacy distribution is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Business Objects, COGNOS, QlikView, and Veeva is required.
• Understanding of best practices in the functional discipline and related business concepts is essential.
• Strong grasp of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and achieve successful product launches in complex settings.
• Capacity to lead and engage in cross-functional teams.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with business systems.
• Competence with sales platforms and business intelligence tools.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid sales and account management aptitude.
• Ability to navigate complex accounts across diverse care settings.
• Understanding of specialty fulfillment and payer requirements.

• Must reside within the designated geographic area of the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record; frequent driving is a requirement of the position.
