This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Achieve or surpass sales goals for the designated territory through approved marketing and sales strategies.
• Engage with healthcare professionals in significant, clinically relevant discussions regarding patient needs and products.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Directors, Managers, Patient Access, Regional Business Directors, HUB services, and other organizational personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create and execute territory business plans by assessing the business, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, and ALS center staff.
• Navigate hospital formulary processes and implement strategies for effective product positioning and availability.
• Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities accordingly, and develop effective solutions.
• Maintain expertise in selling techniques, clinical knowledge, market insights, and the business environment of the territory.
• Collaborate with colleagues and company personnel to meet corporate objectives and initiatives.
• Organize and plan schedules for optimal efficiency.
• Serve as a company ambassador, representing the organization, products, and team with integrity and respect.
• Complete assignments and projects as directed by the Regional Business Director.
• Ensure that all activities adhere to relevant regulations and pharmaceutical guidelines.
• BA/BS Degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 2 years in Neurology, Rare Disease, and/or CNS.
• Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the regulations/guidelines relevant to pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience with launching new products.
• Highly self-motivated, dedicated to excellence, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong sales skills with a proven record of success, particularly in new product launches.
• A polished, professional image combined with an exceptional ability to engage others and develop robust business relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Veeva is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel up to 30%, including frequent overnight stays.
