This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the analysis, modeling, and implementation of initiatives aimed at optimizing the supply chain network.
• Take ownership and manage network optimization models for 3–5 product categories encompassing manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and transportation networks.
• Formulate mid- and long-term supply chain strategies by assessing growth opportunities, demand scenarios, capacity needs, asset utilization, sourcing options, and network investments.
• Identify, prioritize, and spearhead initiatives that enhance cost efficiency, service quality, resilience, asset productivity, and capital utilization.
• Conduct scenario, sensitivity, and capacity analyses to inform network design, investment decisions, and long-term planning.
• Validate assumptions, inputs, and outputs of models.
• Oversee multiple projects, managing project timelines, milestones, stakeholder engagement, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
• Create integrated network and capacity plans.
• Assist in developing business cases and financial analyses for capital investments, asset strategies, and network transformations.
• Convert complex analyses into actionable recommendations and presentations for executive stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert in network optimization methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Set modeling standards, governance procedures, and knowledge-sharing frameworks.
• Strengthen the organization's network optimization capabilities through technology, process enhancements, and adoption of best practices.
• Report directly to the Associate Director of Network Optimization.
• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in supply chain, network optimization, operations research, manufacturing, logistics, or similar analytical roles.
• More than 3 years of hands-on experience with supply chain network modeling and optimization.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in network design tools such as Supply Chain Guru (Llamasoft/Coupa), Optilogic, Lyric, AIMMS, or comparable platforms.
• Strong capabilities in analytical thinking, financial modeling, and business case development.
• A Master's degree or MBA in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in supporting network redesign, supply chain transformation, or capital investment initiatives is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, planning systems, and digital twin technologies is preferred.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, manufacturing, or distribution-heavy industries is preferred.
