This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and provide support for enterprise infrastructure and services, which encompass networks, servers, databases, storage, applications, and websites.
• Manage service disruptions and degradations by detecting incidents, managing tickets, escalating issues, communicating effectively, and coordinating recovery efforts.
• Strategically plan and implement Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI) while minimizing the impact on operations.
• Investigate incidents, analyze testing outcomes, conduct root cause analysis, and confirm the effectiveness of corrective measures.
• Design, implement, and document integration, end-to-end, regression, and automated testing processes.
• Verify system functionality, data flows, APIs, and interoperability between systems.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance monitoring tools, dashboards, and automated testing functionalities.
• Document and track defects, testing results, operational events, processes, and recovery actions.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, product owners, and support teams to address issues and ensure operational readiness.
• Engage in Agile practices and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.
• Provide support to a U.S. Government client and carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Network Operations, Systems Integration Testing, IT Operations, or a similar technical field.
• Experience in monitoring systems, troubleshooting problems, and supporting operational workflows.
• Proficient in performing integration, system, or end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is required.
• Must hold a valid CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Active Secret Security Clearance is necessary.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Adequate fine motor skills for computer usage and repetitive keyboard tasks.
• Capability to work within confined rack spaces.
• Ability to kneel, bend, and twist at the waist on occasion.
• Ability to reach below shoulder height regularly and at or above shoulder height on occasion.
• Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds regularly, and heavier weights occasionally.
• Preferred: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.
• Preferred: Familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting government or mission-critical settings.
• Preferred: CCNP certification.
• Preferred: Active Secret Clearance or higher.
