This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Oversee the planning, execution, launch, and follow-up of strategic initiatives within Network Operations.
β’ Act as the project manager for designated initiatives, creating project plans, schedules, milestones, action items, and launch criteria.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
β’ Track progress, recognize risks or obstacles, escalate issues, and propose solutions.
β’ Maintain project documentation, trackers, status reports, meeting agendas, action items, and follow-up tasks.
β’ Assist in the development and execution of processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
β’ Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to operational efficiency.
β’ Support reporting, auditing, and tracking efforts to ensure network information and project data are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date.
β’ Coordinate activities related to launch readiness and monitor post-launch performance.
β’ Manage provider scheduling, availability, logistics, communications, and operational needs.
β’ Serve as a liaison between providers and facilities, conveying expectations, timelines, changes, and next steps.
β’ Collaborate with Network Strategy, Operations, technical, clinical, and other cross-functional teams to align priorities and identify dependencies and operational gaps.
β’ Provide updates on project status, risks, achievements, and upcoming milestones.
β’ Offer operational support and carry out other related tasks as assigned.
β’ A BA/BS degree is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, project management, healthcare operations, or a related field is required.
β’ Proven experience managing projects or initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
β’ Familiarity with technical platforms, operational workflows, and/or application funnels.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including features like filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation, and managing large datasets.
β’ Strong organizational abilities with a demonstrated capacity to manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across various projects.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with providers, facilities, technical stakeholders, and internal team leaders.
β’ Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
β’ Highly detail-oriented with a solid emphasis on accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.
β’ Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing tasks, and take ownership of projects from initiation to completion.
β’ Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adaptable to shifting priorities.
β’ Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus.
β’ Previous experience in healthcare or working with a large, distributed network of providers is a bonus.
