Network Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee provider data associated with health plans, including demographic information, rates, and contractual intentions.

• Supervise provider audits, service and relations, as well as credentialing and contract management systems.

• Implement processes for the intake and management of service failures as perceived by providers.

• Establish daily priorities for an administrative work group and/or external vendors.

• Organize work activities and track progress towards schedules and objectives.

• Direct the work of others and/or act as the primary administrative owner of a key process, program, product, or technology.

• Operate within broad guidelines with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in provider relations, healthcare services, or a related field.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing mid to large scale projects.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel (including VLOOKUPs, lateral lookups, and data manipulation) and TEAMS.

• Capability to adhere to a work schedule aligned with Central Standard Time zone hours.

• Home internet must have a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps.

• Must work from a designated area free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.

• Experience in provider contract interpretation is preferred.

• Background in account management or project management is preferred.

• Familiarity with medical claims is preferred.
