Network Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee provider data for health plans, including demographics, rates, and contract intent.

• Administer provider audits, manage provider services and relations, and oversee credentialing and contract management systems.

• Implement intake processes and address provider perceived service failures.

• Establish daily priorities for an administrative team and/or external vendors.

• Coordinate work activities and track progress towards schedules and objectives.

• Supervise the work of others and/or act as the primary administrative owner of a key process, program, product, or technology.

• Operate within broad guidelines with minimal oversight.

• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training sessions or meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment with providers, payors, healthcare facilities, etc.

• Experience in data analytics.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Strong skills in Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment.

• Work from a dedicated workspace that minimizes interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.

• Self-supplied internet service with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.

• Provider credentialing experience is preferred.

• Previous claims experience is preferred.

• Experience with contract review, loading, or interpretation is preferred.
