This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and provide assistance for enterprise infrastructure and services, including networks, servers, databases, storage, applications, and websites.
• Handle service outages and performance degradations through incident detection, ticket management, escalation, communication, and recovery coordination.
• Plan and implement Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI) while minimizing the impact on operations.
• Analyze incidents, review test results, conduct root cause analysis, and verify corrective measures.
• Design, carry out, and document integration, end-to-end, regression, and automated testing activities.
• Confirm system functionality, data flows, APIs, and interoperability between systems.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance monitoring tools, dashboards, and automated testing capabilities.
• Document and track defects, testing outcomes, operational events, procedures, and recovery actions.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, product owners, and support teams to address issues and ensure operational readiness.
• Engage in Agile activities and support ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Provide support for a U.S. Government customer and critical IT systems and services.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Network Operations, Systems Integration Testing, IT Operations, or a related technical field.
• Proficient in monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting operational processes.
• Experience in performing integration, system, or end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Knowledgeable in IT operations, service monitoring, incident management, and systems integration testing principles and practices.
• Understanding of infrastructure, networking, system architecture, and interactions between systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, identifying root causes, and validating solutions.
• Familiar with automated testing concepts and scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong capability to produce clear technical documentation and adhere to established change management and configuration management procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as industry-standard collaboration and ticketing tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Physical ability to work in confined rack spaces and perform the listed physical duties.
• Preferred: Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.
• Preferred: Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting government or mission-critical environments.
• Preferred: CCNP certification.
• Preferred: Valid CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Preferred: Active Secret Clearance or higher.
