This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of implementation projects for both standard and tailored configuration and/or integration services for core and enterprise clientele.

• Ensure that all project documentation and artifacts accurately represent customer objectives and project scope, along with updated progress and status.

• Cultivate an understanding of the Salsify product and assist customers in collecting the necessary data and requirements to set up their Salsify platform.

• Employ a streamlined method with customers to provide valuable, sustainable solutions that foster customer trust in Salsify.

• Prepare and communicate with various teams to achieve results within both standard and tailored project plans, while recognizing and conveying risks.

• Report on project status to pertinent stakeholders, monitoring project progress, issues/risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with management to facilitate resolutions, including customer negotiations and alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in customer-facing, problem-solving roles within fast-paced, high-tech environments; SaaS and SI experience is preferred.

• Proficient in using project management software and collaborative tools (Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana, Kimble).

• Capable of maintaining control over a high volume of projects of varying sizes and contract types (T&M, fixed fee, managed services, etc.).

• Strong PMO skills and behaviors, including management of project activities/scope/deliverables/timeline/budget, as well as risk/issue/change management.

• Experienced in leading teams to assist customers in integrating data source systems (PIMs, ERPs, MDMs, DAMs).

• Comfortable and invigorated by daily interactions with diverse individuals across multiple levels in both internal and customer organizations.
