Network Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Implement suitable networks and vendors for Allied clients.

• Submit necessary setup documentation.

• Maintain, update, and test new networks to ensure alignment with client requirements.

• Collaborate with Implementation Managers and Coordinators for proper network assignments.

• Coordinate with external network representatives regarding interactions, issues, and standard procedures.

• Establish and uphold networks/vendors for new business, renewals, and terminations.

• Foster relationships with networks and vendors.

• Communicate network-related updates both internally and externally.

• Assist the implementation team by responding to network issues and inquiries.

• Address escalated issues and notify relevant Allied teams.

• Create effective tracking methods and ad hoc reports.

• Audit completed tasks for precision.

• Maintain client files and historical data.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years in a sales support role is required.

• Experience in implementing fully insured plans is advantageous.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Highly organized.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Access to cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 100Mbps download and 25Mbps upload speeds.

• Capability for extended periods of sitting and computer work is required.
