NetSuite Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete ERP implementation projects from initial discovery and planning to go-live and subsequent post-implementation activities.

• Handle multiple client-facing projects concurrently while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.

• Coordinate with internal project teams, technical experts, consultants, and external client stakeholders.

• Manage client expectations, project scope, resources, timelines, risks, and competing priorities effectively.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, discovery sessions, and implementation workshops.

• Convert client requirements into actionable project plans, deliverables, milestones, and workstreams.

• Monitor project health, identify potential risks and obstacles, and drive their resolution and escalation.

• Oversee project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and overall delivery performance.

• Manage the configuration of ERP systems, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment activities.

• Prepare and communicate status reports, highlighting risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions.

• Assist clients with change management and implementation challenges.

• Enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and team efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on project management experience in a consulting or professional services environment.

• Proven track record in managing complete ERP implementation projects.

• Strong preference for experience with NetSuite implementations; experience with SAP or other major ERP platforms will also be considered.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple external, client-facing projects concurrently.

• Comprehensive understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, planning, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live processes.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Professional demeanor and confidence in engaging directly with clients and senior stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder and relationship management capabilities.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.

• NetSuite certifications or relevant ERP certifications are preferred.

• Experience with complex ERP integrations, data migrations, and cross-functional implementation teams is a plus.

• Exposure to working with C-level or executive stakeholders is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies is advantageous.

• Proficient in using tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent software.

• Experience in leveraging AI tools for project delivery and management workflows is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar technologies is preferred.
