NetSuite Consulting Manager – SRP Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive NetSuite Services/SRP implementations for professional services organizations.

• Facilitate discovery workshops and convert client needs into scalable NetSuite solutions.

• Configure and implement modules for SRP, project management, project accounting, resource management, time and expense management, project billing, subscription billing, ARM, and revenue recognition.

• Direct functional solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment processes.

• Provide advisory services to clients regarding professional services operations, project delivery, resource utilization, and best practices in revenue management.

• Cultivate client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process.

• Mentor and guide both onshore and offshore consulting teams.

• Work collaboratively with technical consultants on integrations, customizations, reporting, and third-party applications.

• Assist in pre-sales activities through discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, proposal development, and solution architecture.

• Ensure timely project delivery within scope and aligned with client goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in NetSuite Functional Consulting with a strong focus on Services/SRP.

• Practical experience in implementing NetSuite Services Resource Planning (SRP).

• In-depth knowledge of Project Management, Project Accounting, Resource Planning and Allocation, Time and Expense Management, Project Billing, Subscription Billing, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and Revenue Recognition.

• Proven experience in leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of professional services business processes and project lifecycle management.

• Excellent communication skills along with stakeholder management and client-facing consulting abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring consulting teams and managing project delivery.

• Familiarity with PSA tools and professional services organizations.

• Working knowledge of Deltek is a plus.

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is preferred.

• Experience with NetSuite OpenAir, PSA, or other related professional services solutions is advantageous.

• Proficiency in SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, Dashboards, and Reporting.

• Exposure to OneWorld, multi-entity implementations, and CRM or financial system integrations.

• Background in consulting or professional services.

• Experience in pre-sales support, solution architecture, and proposal development.
