Netsuite Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist with the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of NetSuite systems.

• Aid in data imports, create saved searches, generate reports, and conduct system testing.

• Diagnose NetSuite-related issues and provide support for daily client inquiries.

• Record requirements, configurations, processes, and outcomes of testing.

• Engage in client meetings to help collect business requirements.

• Convert business needs into NetSuite configurations and solutions.

• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and project managers on deliverables.

• Facilitate testing, documentation, training, and various implementation tasks.

• Acquire knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and progressively assume more project and client responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standard business processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to comprehend business processes and convert requirements into feasible solutions.

• Enthusiasm for learning NetSuite and advancing toward a consulting position.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a readiness to ask questions and learn from seasoned consultants.

• Must be willing to work during US hours (8AM–5PM EST).
