This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.
• Take a proactive approach in managing the configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization of the NetSuite ERP environment.
• Set up and adjust records, forms, fields, reports, and dashboards as needed.
• Design and maintain technical solutions utilizing SuiteScript and SuiteFlow.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure NetSuite's financial functions align with US GAAP, encompassing AP, AR, and GL.
• Supervise NetSuite integrations with Salesforce and manage data flow utilizing SuiteTalk, REST, and Webhooks.
• Administer user access, roles, and permissions, including the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Establish and uphold data hygiene, integrity, and compliance standards.
• Oversee and validate complex data imports and exports.
• Convert business requirements from Sales, Finance, and Product into scalable features within NetSuite.
• Offer frontline technical support and troubleshoot any system errors that arise.
• Monitor system performance, implement updates, and ensure operational stability.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator in a fast-paced environment, ideally in SaaS.
• Strong comprehension of NetSuite data structures and core APIs.
• Dedication to implementing scalable solutions consistent with the “NetSuite way.”
• Basic understanding of US GAAP and processes related to AP, AR, and GL.
• Capability to diagnose and resolve intricate system issues and implement automated corrective measures.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-user support and complex technical development initiatives.
• NetSuite Certified Administrator certification is preferred.
• NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer certification is preferred.
