.NET Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design, sustain, and improve web applications encompassing both backend and frontend elements

• Create dependable and scalable backend services and APIs utilizing .NET and C#

• Engage in frontend development leveraging contemporary web technologies and frameworks

• Employ AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing, research, and problem resolution

• Assess, validate, and enhance AI-generated code and suggestions

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code in alignment with development standards

• Diagnose technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

• Take part in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle

• Aid in the ongoing enhancement of development processes, practices, and technical solutions

• Acquire and implement new technologies, tools, frameworks, and AI-assisted development methodologies

• Support the delivery of high-quality software within agreed timelines

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in full-stack software development

• Proficient knowledge of .NET and C#

• Background in developing web applications and backend services/APIs

• Familiarity with frontend development and modern web technologies

• Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies

• Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical challenges

• Capability to produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

• Familiarity or demonstrated proficiency in effectively using AI-assisted development tools

• Competence to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated code and recommendations for security, accuracy, maintainability, and adherence to development standards

• Strong foundation in software development with the ability to comprehend, adapt to, and take ownership of AI-assisted outputs

• Experience in collaborating effectively within a software development team

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks

• Desirable: experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar

• Desirable: experience working in an Agile software development setting

• Desirable: experience with automated testing and/or test-driven development

• Desirable: experience with modern frontend frameworks and technologies

• Desirable: experience participating in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts
